Presets are digital goods delivered as a download immediately after purchase. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or because a preset did not suit a particular photograph. Prices are in AUD and include GST.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a file is faulty, does not match its description, or cannot be made to work as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and nothing on this page limits that. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Your download link stays open for 72 hours from purchase, on the page Stripe returns you to and in the confirmation email we send. Please save the file within that time — after it passes, the link stops working. If you miss it and something genuinely went wrong, contact us with your Stripe receipt.
